What is Zumba?

 

  For those of you who are new to ZUMBA it is best described as a dance-fitness class founded on basic Latin movements and dance rhythms. It is aerobic and targets muscles in the whole body including the arms, abdominals and gluteus, resulting in shaping and toning. Most importantly, ZUMBA strengthens the heart!
